Competition Terms & Conditions

If you'd like to enter one of our great free prize draws then you need to know all of the details here! 

1. All prize draws are run by St John's Shopping Centre.
2. All prizes are as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.
3. By entering our competition, we will store your data in order to contact you to win. This will not be passed onto any third parties. *
4. By entering our competition you will only be added to our marketing mailing list if you explicitly ask to be added. As per Data Protection Act Rules you can opt-out of this at any time. *
   
   Note - If the competition is run on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram we will no require
   you do submit any personal data to enter.
   
   
5. Unless otherwise stated your data will not be shared with any other third parties.*
6. Competitions will be drawn at 5pm on the closing date noted unless stated otherwise.
7. The winner's name will be drawn at random and judges decision is final.
8. We will notify the winner by email when an email address is asked for as part of the entry requirements. When the competition is run over Social Media we will tag the winner in the comments and invite the winner to send us a private message. 
9. Should the winner not respond we will redraw the competition after 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
10. All prizes must be collected from St John's Shopping Centre, King Edward Street, Perth, PH1 5UB during centre opening hours.  
    
    Note - During the current pandemic, we will post prizes to competition winners where possible, however, these will be posted first class only (not recorded) with St John's Shopping Centre accepting no liability once posted.
