A new post box has arrived in the centre and it’s even more magical than the last, you’ll find our giant post box in the main mall area, between River Island and JD Sports. Please see below for full details on how to post and collect your letters and also on how to be in with a chance of winning a £50 Toytown Voucher in time for Christmas.
Simply post your letter into our magical post box before 5 pm on Sunday 17th December and we will make sure it's posted 1st class to the North Pole. Mr Clause has promised to read and reply to all the boys and girls who send him a letter.
Pop back into the Centre anytime between 9 am on Monday 18th December and 4.30 pm on Christmas Eve to collect your reply from Santa. To collect your letter from Santa, simply ask a member of our customer care team who will be happy to assist you.
Pop into the Toytown store to pick up a competition entry slip and simply post this into our post box along with your letter to Santa for a chance to win.
Pop into the Toytown Store before posting your letter and pick up a competition entry slip, fill in your contact details on the slip and post this along with your letter. Don’t worry if your letter is already sealed, the staff in Toytown can staple the entry slip to your envelope.
